We are looking for a highly skilled NPD Manager to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established company and take on a key role in managing exciting new projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end NPD process from Gate 0 through to the final production.
- Allocate projects to the team and manage the priorities and workload of the NPD Team.
- Attend daily taste panels to ensure Quality Standards and that the product meets the brief.
Requirements:
- Previous NPD management experience in food manufacturing.
- Really strong project management skills.
- Experience working with major food retailers.
