*You’ll have a significant amount of high speed production management experience in FMCG or food manufacturing along with a strong track record of performance improvement on both a personal and organisational level.

The Role:
- Continuously improve safety and quality standards throughout the department/unit.
- Manage the performance and behaviour of a team of c50 driving performance of the plant
- Effectively communicate to, build trust, improve moral and maintain good relationships with all departments
- Ensure plant, labour and materials are available to meet supply chain demands
- Lead the team in Continuous Improvement and waste reduction activities
- Ensure compliance with all quality, hygiene, environmental and standards
- To carry out all above responsibilities and practices with the aim of producing food safely and to required internal / external specifications, within a HACCP framework.
- To recruit, train, coach and develop all staff as required
