We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Hygiene Manager to join a well-respected company in the food industry. - Lead and supervise a dedicated team of operatives and supervisors during night shifts.
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene regulations and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Utilize your expertise in high care/high risk environments to minimize risks and maintain exceptional quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and provide comprehensive training and guidance.

- Proven experience as a Hygiene Manager within the food industry, particularly in high care/high risk environments.
- Demonstrated success in managing and motivating teams.
- Possession of HACCP level 3 certification.
- Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation and industry standards.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
