Summary:
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Business Development Manager, with a proven track record within food manufacturing and the retail industry who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing client relationships to maximise revenue growth.
The Role:
- Generate new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from the lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals
The Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or related education
- Minimum of 3 years experience in new business development and sales within the retail industry and food manufacturing
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
