Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a National Account Executive to join our client’s dynamic team on a fixed-term contract until January 2026. This role offers the chance to work with a leading company in the food and FMCG sector, playing a pivotal role in managing and growing key national accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, with a particular focus on M&S.
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets by managing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the highest level of service delivery to retail partners.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and market insights.
- Assist in the development and execution of promotional plans to drive product visibility and sales.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position within the food/FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of managing national accounts, with experience dealing directly with retailers. Experience with M&S is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
