Salary: £40,000
The Role:
- Responsible for ensuring personal day to day compliance with Food Safety, Health and Safety and legal and quality systems
- Production Downtime kept to 2% or below through planned preventative maintenance and quick and efficient management of breakdowns
- Involvement in projects, continuous improvement, and productivity improvement projects
- Deliver maintenance programme in line with planned preventative maintenance vision
Key Performance Indicators
- Ensuring that all activities are carried out in a responsible and safe manner at all times and in accordance with Company policies and practices
- PPM Completion rate 100%
- MRF Completion rate %
The Candidate
- Must be a qualified multi-skilled engineer
- Broad experience with some gained in food manufacturing/ processing
- PC Literate
- IPAF trained
- 18th Edition Certification
- Experience of Lean/ continuous improvement type environment
