Are you an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer with an Electrical Bias?
My client is looking for an experienced and qualified Multi-Skilled Engineer for their food production facility. You will join a team of engineers reporting to the Lead Engineer and be responsible for maintaining the equipment on the floor. The company is a leading food manufacturer in the UK with an emphasis on developing their quality products and their people.
The Role
- Responsible for planned preventative maintenance and efficiently managing breakdowns in a timely manner to reduce production downtime
- 4 on 4 off shift pattern, rotating 2 days and 2 nights
- Involved in continuous improvement, projects and new installations
The Candidate
- Qualified and time-served multi-skilled engineer with an electrical bias and familiarity with PLC systems
- Previous experience in an FMCG environment is a must with experience in food manufacturing being preferred
- The perfect candidate is a self-starter who is ready to hit the ground running
