The Role
- Responsible for ensuring personal day to day compliant with Food Safety, Health and Safety and legal and quality systems
- Production Downtime kept to 2% or below through planned preventative maintenance and quick and efficient management of breakdowns
- Involvement in projects, continuous improvement, and productivity improvement projects
- Deliver maintenance programme in line with planned preventative maintenance vision
Key Performance Indicators
- Ensure all activities are always carried out responsibly and safely and in accordance with the Company policies and practices
- PPM Completion rate 100%
- MRF Completion rate %
The Candidate
- Must be a qualified, multi-skilled engineer
- Broad experience with some gained in food manufacturing/ processing
- PC and PLC knowledge
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Problem solving attitude with a creative approach
