Role: Multi-Skilled Engineer (Mechanical Bias)
Shifts: 6:45am-3:30pm
Salary: £39k
I am looking for a Mechanically biased Engineer to join a highly successful food manufacturer at their site in the Powys area.
The Role:
- Carry out routine maintenance activities
- Plant and efficiency Improvements
- Health and Safety
As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will responsible for efficient maintenance, repair and improvement of all equipment through planned and non-planned activities to maximise the plant availability, ensuring that the manufacturing team achieve 100% compliance to the production plan, by minimising engineering downtime.
During this process, you will ensure that all engineering activities comply with relevant health and safety/food safety regulations and legislations.
The Candidate:
- Engineering Qualification / Time Served Apprenticeship
- Previous Experience in Food/FMCG Manufacturing
- Passion to learn and develop
You will have a positive attitude always, open to change with a proactive approach and passionate attitude to business success.
