The Role
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and sales growth by:
- Managing marketing and publicity campaigns both digital and print whilst adhering to agreed marketing budget
- Ensuring marketing campaigns (print, digital and events) are researched, developed, and executed successfully
- Provide brand focus by reviewing customer database, social media following, subscribers and liaising with the sales team
- Explore new areas with the sales team to increase sales
- Oversee the on-going development of company website and utilise google analytics to track success
- Brand customer service, promotional update materials, maintaining CRM systems and dealing with complaints
- Work with closely with NPD team
The Candidate
- Ideally degree or equivalent educated
- Previously worked with FMCG
- Excellent leadership skills
- Experienced in e-commerce marketing strategies
- Creative and dynamic
