Learning & Development Manager
Location – London, hybrid working available.
Salary – 55-60k plus 10% bonus.

About you.
- Having a proven track record within a manufacturing environment, preferably this will be food manufacturing.
- Technical expertise on blending learning solutions, including digital learning platforms.
- Background in managing and developing teams of trainers and apprentices.
- Proficiency in authoring tools.
- Effective multi-tasking, project management and overall relationship management.
Your next mission.
- You’ll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing training programs to elevate performance and standards.
- Cultivate a robust learning culture.
- Manage a team of 3 people across training and compliance.
- Collaborate on projects cross functionally.
- Manage the digital learning platform and external L&D relationships.
