Located in Park Royal, London, our client, a leading company in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Late Shift Production Shift Supervisor. This position offers a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the production operations during the late shift from 3:00 PM until 12:00 AM.
• Managing a large team of 100 operatives across 10 lines, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Collaborating with various departments to optimize production processes and meet targets.
• Upholding health and safety regulations within the manufacturing environment.
• Training and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food manufacturing, with a strong understanding of production processes.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a large team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.

Additional Details:

• Late shift: 3:00 PM until 12:00 AM.
• Working 5 days per week with 2 non-consecutive days off.
