Inventory Co-Ordinator
Role: Inventory Co-Ordinator
Location: Surrey
Salary: Up to 30k (depending on experience)
Shifts: Mon-Fri (8am-5pm)
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to join the UK’s leading award-winning, employee-owned food business of ambient products. This position is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities to include:
- Receipting stock onto the in house- system
- Amending good receipt notes where necessary
- Monitor stock levels between warehouses and arrange stock transfers when required
- Update stock balance sheets for forecasting
- Organise re-works where required
- Input contracts onto the system and action any amendments
- Assisting with reconciling stock reports to third party warehouse and promptly following up on any discrepancies
- Accurately recording all products delivered at the warehouse and ensuring all delivery paperwork is received correctly including BBE dates
- Compiling daily & weekly sales reports and distributing to senior management
- Covering Order processing and other operation tasks when required.
Qualifications/Experience
- A Levels
- Previous experience of inputting data and dealing with customers
- Thorough attention to detail, comfortable working under pressure
- Good organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Team Player with a positive, “Can do” attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excel and Microsoft office experience
