What you need:
• Experience supporting busy manufacturing sites
• Have experience managing and coaching technical teams, leading from the front
• Prepare the business for audits, managing and driving standards forward within the team to ensure food safety and quality on site always
• A real people person, this site needs someone personable who is really willing to put effort in to the team

• Immediate start date (they can wait a couple of weeks for the right person)
