About the Role: Project Engineer Opportunity
We’re in search of a skilled Project Engineer with a substantial 15-20 years of experience in the food industry, particularly in bakery or chocolate production. The ideal candidate should demonstrate hands-on capabilities, encompassing design skills for critical production line components. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing technical solutions for production challenges
- Conducting feasibility assessments and Capex budgeting
- Managing stakeholder communications and approval processes
- Handling timelines and coordinating with vendors throughout the project lifecycle
- Overseeing installation, commissioning, and FAT/SAT processes
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Proficiency in Autocad for layout and P&ID design
- Daily management of vendor and sub-contractor activities
