Are you a seasoned Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager with a NEBOSH Diploma and a proven track record of leading and managing large teams in the food manufacturing industry? About the Role: Our client, a renowned food manufacturer known for their unwavering commitment to safety and quality, is seeking an Interim HSE Manager to take the reins of their safety initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive HSE strategies and programs to foster a culture of safety excellence.
  • Work as part of a large manufacturing site as the H&S lead.
  • Spearhead the investigation of incidents, near-misses, and accidents, implementing necessary corrective actions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate safety practices into all aspects of operations.

  • Compile and deliver regular reports on HSE performance to senior management.

 

Qualifications:
