-Well-established food manufacturer who needs additional support whilst they recruit for a permanent replacement.
The role:
-Minimum 4-month contract.
-Inside IR35.
-Managing everything in HR from casework to disciplinaries.
-2 direct reports on site.
The person:
-Must be happy to be on-site.
-HR Generalist position – experience with unions is preferable.
-Hit the ground running and be hands-on on-site.
