Interim Engineering Manager
Join as an Interim Engineering Manager for a large Food Manufacturing Group in the Northwest of the UK.

Looking for someone with:
- Food manufacturing experience.
- Experience with small sites where problem solving is necessary.
- Used to coming into an environment without full systems.
- Proven experience of building an engineering department.
- Hands-on experience.

- Build the engineering function and improve systems.
- Manage 2 shift teams of 3.
