The job
- Responsible for ensuring that the required quality, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained, and improved.
- Work closely with the Head of Technical and Head of Food.
- Liaising with 3rd parties to ensure chemical stocks are correctly maintained.
About you
- Have a proven track record as hygiene supervisor/manager.
- High-care food experience.
- Extensive chemical knowledge
