Hygiene Shift Supervisor
Salary – c£40+ with benefit package
Shift – Afternoon
Location – North London
My client is the biggest chilled food manufacturer in their sector and is looking for a passionate, hands on Hygiene Supervisor to lead a team of Hygiene Operatives (afternoon shift) to ensure maintenance of the site to the level required by all the major retailers.
The Candidate
- High risk and chilled experience in food manufacturing is absolutely essential.
- Food Safety and Hygiene Level 3 a minimum
- Experience managing and upskilling a team
- Good understanding and previous working knowledge of working within the compliance and standards of BRC
The Role
- Support the site sanitation through the evening hours with hand over from morning and to night shift.
- Help to maintain all the sanitation and hygiene to the highest standard whilst on night shift, as well as assist with audits.
- Ensure that all cleaning is completed safely, on time and supports the ‘Right First time’ ethos of the business.
