HSE Professional required for a forward-thinking International Manufacturing company to safeguard the well-being of their workforce and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
The Candidate:
- NEBOSH qualified
- In depth knowledge of legislation and procedures within FMC
- Knowledge of hazardous materials and practices
- Experience in writing reports and policies for health and safety
- Diligent with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics
- Hands on approach with the ability to conduct workshops, present training materials and build relationships with the workforce
The Role.
- Working closing with the HSE Director you will develop, implement, and maintain effective health and safety policies, procedures, and programs
- Ensuring the HSE management system is up to date and developed in line with ISO45001
- Carry out HS&E audits and produce reports as required
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
- Monitor and analyse safety data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
