Our esteemed client, a leading company in North Yorkshire, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join their team. Renowned for their commitment to excellence in food manufacturing, our client offers an exciting opportunity for an HR professional to contribute to their continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to both management and employees.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Handle employee relations matters with sensitivity and professionalism, including grievances and disciplinary procedures.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Deliver in-house training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate closely with departmental heads to identify training needs and develop tailored programs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR roles, preferably within the food manufacturing sector.
- A strong understanding of HR legislation and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Track record of successfully delivering in-house training initiatives.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent would be advantageous.
