The Role:
- To manage daily and weekly orders, for retail and food service customers, by printing off orders from SAP and maintain planning spreadsheets
- Preparation and input of production schedules into Excel spreadsheets and release to Factory
- Maintain and update all forecast spreadsheets and liaise with Commercial team of any spikes in orders
- Issue production plan on daily and weekly basis to all teams, ensuring raw materials are available at least 24 hours prior to the production run
The Candidate:
- Significant Planning experience within an FMCG environment
- Prior experience of working with multiple retailers and/ or foodservice
- Experience of working with Hellenic and SAP systems
- Customer focussed – a clear focus on the needs of different customers
