Location: North Kent
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000
The Role:
- Reporting to the Technical Manager, this is a customer-facing role.
- Completion of food manufacturer’s specification and approvals (this includes completion of risk assessments and supply chain maps)
- Acting as direct technical support to a wide client base across various channels.
- Testing and reporting of raw material and goods-in laboratory product
- Conducting internal audits and logging and investigating complaints
The Candidate:
- Strong Technical and Quality track record within the food and/or drinks manufacturing industry
- Previous experience (1 year minimum) in a customer-facing technical role within the food/drink industry
- Hands on experience with online specifications and approval portals
- HACCP Level 2 (or higher), Food Hygiene and experience with Internal Audits (GMP)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
