Are you looking for a Food Application Scientist role within a fast paced, growing business working and creating products?
The Job:
- Support the teams projects and activities by preparing recipes/formulas to then be used for either customer or internal projects, customer visits and demonstrations
- Support product, system and process maintenance/ continuous improvement plus other activities as requested
- Help the team meet its growth ambition by working with other areas of the team (Technical, Marketing and Sales) to deliver, support and meet the needs of customers
- Recording or experimental observations and assisting in the transition of research work
The Candidate:
- A Degree in Food Science/ Technology/ Nutrition or Food Chemistry
- Experience of food product development in CPG (ideally savoury applications)
- Experience working with liquids/ colours in the food industry and working in an R&D lab
- Ability to work as part of a team, yet have the confidence to individually take on briefs
- Experience using food related food lab analytical equipment
