Responsibilities: As the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our company. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing day-to-day financial activities, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
2. Developing and implementing effective financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risks.
3. Analysing financial data and providing insights to guide strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
4. Coordinating with other departments to develop accurate budgets and forecasts.
5. Monitoring cash flow, managing banking relationships, and optimizing working capital.
6. Conducting financial analysis and preparing regular reports for senior management and stakeholders.
7. Collaborating with auditors and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. Ideal but not essential.
2. Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial management role.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
4. Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Experience in SAGE ideal, but not essential.
