The Company:

You will be working for a well-established food manufacturer responsible for producing an incredibly innovative and popular range of products.

The Role:

• Manage all aspects of factory Technical activity
• Provide guidance to all factory personnel to ensure Commercial and Technical objectives are met
• Lead and develop the Quality and Hygiene team
• Lead Customer factory visits and third-party audits
• Cultivate a strong working relationship with the Operation team
• Maintain and develop and already excellent customer relationship

The Ideal Candidate will be:

• A clear and effective communicator
• A confident manager of people
• Able to influence internally to ensure that the Technical agenda is met
• A leader: resilient, strong, results-focussed and responsible
• Someone with a track record of achievement in Technical management
• Someone with a hands-on approach who rolls up their sleeves and engages with colleagues face-to-face
