Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday – Friday

Are you an experienced Facilities Manager with a passion for sustainability and energy management? Our client, a well-established company in Liverpool’s FMCG sector, is seeking a dynamic and resilient Facilities Manager to oversee the operation of their large, utility-intensive facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring smooth and efficient running of services.
• Oversee workload management, delegating tasks and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Drive sustainability initiatives with a focus on energy efficiency, ensuring the facility meets its sustainability targets.
• Maintain and enhance utility systems to ensure the facility’s operations are optimized.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs and handle any reactive maintenance as required.
• Work closely with contractors and external partners to ensure high service levels.
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met across the facility.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in Facilities Management, particularly within the FMCG sector.
• Strong background in managing stakeholders and handling a varied workload.
• Resilient, energetic, and proactive, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Basic engineering qualifications are essential.
• A passion for energy management and sustainability, with a track record of driving related initiatives.
