Are you an experienced Facilities Manager with a passion for sustainability and energy management? Our client, a well-established company in Liverpool’s FMCG sector, is seeking a dynamic and resilient Facilities Manager to oversee the operation of their large, utility-intensive facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring smooth and efficient running of services.
- Oversee workload management, delegating tasks and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Drive sustainability initiatives with a focus on energy efficiency, ensuring the facility meets its sustainability targets.
- Maintain and enhance utility systems to ensure the facility’s operations are optimized.
- Implement preventative maintenance programs and handle any reactive maintenance as required.
- Work closely with contractors and external partners to ensure high service levels.
- Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met across the facility.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in Facilities Management, particularly within the FMCG sector.
- Strong background in managing stakeholders and handling a varied workload.
- Resilient, energetic, and proactive, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Basic engineering qualifications are essential.
