• Lead and manage a team of pastry chefs
• Ensure all products are prepared in line with quality requirements and consistent with high standards of the business
• Learn and produce a wide range of products and working to company recipes
• Shift reporting and technical administrative duties

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Experience as a Skilled Pastry Chef
• Track record of leading and managing a team
• Passion and genuine interest to be a part of a high-volume bakery

The Package:

• Salary c. £30,000 – £32,000
• Discretionary bonuses
• Day shift pattern
• 45 hours per week
