Position: Corporate Sales Manager

Location: Park Royal area, with occasional travel required

Company: A prestigious company specializing in high-end luxury food products, catering to corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target corporate clients and expand the company’s presence in the corporate market segment.
  • Identify and prioritize prospective corporate clients, building and maintaining a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with corporate decision-makers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop customized offerings and promotional strategies for corporate clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with corporate accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in corporate sales, preferably within the luxury food industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of the corporate sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and account management.
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport with corporate decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with corporate clients.

Salary: Competitive salary of approximately £50k, commensurate with experience.
