I am recruiting for an experienced CI Manager to join a rapidly growing food manufacturing business.
Reporting to the Head of Projects, this role is critical in delivering operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of two.
This role requires the individual to be onsite to effectively manage the team and ensure the successful delivery of operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual who is passionate about driving improvements. You will have excellent interpersonal, convincing, and persuasive skills, as well as being analytical, organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business and work with a highly dedicated team. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary, which is negotiable depending on experience, from £50,000 to £60,000.
