Are you already a Food Safety Manager, Quality Manager, or a Technical Manager within a food manufacturing environment, and looking for your next challenge? My client is a household name and are looking for a Compliance Manager to support their team during a 15-month FTC.
The Role:
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading operations in achieving and improving compliance standards
- Supporting the site to be audit ready
- Working closely with the Food Quality team and Manufacturing team to ensure processes are proactively managed
- Implementing and managing food and hygiene standards
- Ensuring training and delivery plans for other department
- Carrying out both planned and reactive work
The Candidate
- Managed BRC Audits
- HACCP 4
- Training in COSHH and IOSH
- Ability to motivate and develop a team
