Candidate:
You will have solid experience working within food manufacturing technical function and be ready for your first step as an assistant technical manager.
Essential
- Food safety & HACCP
- Experience in a technical customer-facing role.
- UK retailer’s specification writing or amending
- Audit experience
- A tenacious, self starter with a strong person drive and a passion for food.
Role:
- Working alongside the Technical Manager, you will ensure that all specifications are accurate and complete.
- You will also work closely with the customers, investigating food safety issues or complaints
