Are you a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving business growth with your exceptional sales skills?
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager who thrives on making a positive impact by building meaningful customer relationships, growing accounts, and generating new leads. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, great customer focus and an ability to pick up new information quickly.
This role will cover the North/West Region with some requirement to travel UK wide and involve overnight travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales plan to drive revenue for the North/West region
- Build and maintain customer relationships through various channels
- Ensure timely response to inbound enquiries
- Convert inbound enquiries into new accounts and profitable sales
- Liaise with colleagues to build knowledge of our products and processes
- Share product knowledge and insights with customers to drive upselling
- Share customer insights, trends, and opportunities
- Prepare financial reports for client meetings
Skills and Experience
- Proven Account Management experience, ideally gained within the manufacturing industry
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet multiple deadlines
- Strong organisational and problem solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
