A bit about me

‘Not all girls are made of sugar and spice and all things nice! Some girls are made of adventure, fine beer, brains and no fear!’

I LOVE adventure, travel, food, music and dance. I came into recruitment for opportunities. Opportunities to tick more off my bucket list – which I’m pleased to say I’m doing. I also love people. As a social butterfly, and a massive lover of posh nosh, food and drink recruitment was a no brainer.

People are fascinating creatures and I get ridiculously excited when I speak to those that inspire, educate, and surprise. When I’m not working, you’ll find me dancing in my living room with my delightful daughter.

Fun Fact:

I’ve climbed the Three Peaks, helicoptered over the Grand Canyon, and zip wired across the Las Vegas strip – yet I have a genuine fear of heights!

Talk to and treat people with respect. Don’t be scared – clients and candidates get out of bed the same way you do every morning. Build memorable relationships. Be honest. Be passionate – care about what you do!

What do you like about working at Silven?

The people. My work family is amazing. When you spend every day with the same troops, you need people around you who inspire, encourage, and can handle their booze! They are the bee’s knees!
