Technical Services Manager

  • Responsible for specs team ensuring customers requirements are met
  • Processing and updating senior management on complaints, KPI’s and team progress
  • Label sign off
  • Project meetings
  • Allergen control management
  • Setting up and amending label information
  • Spec writing
  • Drive CI and cost saving regarding systems and risk assessment
  • Customer site visit preparation, hosting and follow up
  • Ensure all aspects of food safety and quality are up to standard
  • Act in the event of a breach of food safety or quality



  • Degree level qualified
  • Computer systems
  • Procedures involved in bringing product to launch
  • BRC standards and criteria
  • Experience of customer (retail and food services) requirements
  • Fast paced chilled manufacturing environment
