£50-55k + Car Allowance + Bonus

A food manufacturer whose products delight shoppers. They have several facilities around the UK with a head office in the South East. They produce famous brands as well as a number of retailer private label products. This year, they are investing £millions to improve the capabilities of their manufacturing facilities and creating a wider portfolio of great tasting products
You will take the lead on the company’s biggest account. They are a key strategic partner to this Big 4 Supermarket across both branded and private label. The portfolio worth over £50 million. You will play a key role in driving new opportunities and gaining new listings through NPD.
Ideally, you will have experience leading on a Big 4 Supermarket account and will have had direct line management responsibility. As you will be in charge a full P&L, you’ll need to have experience of looking after your own numbers (P&L, forecasting & promotions).
Ability & experience of driving NPD to leverage new opportunities and gain new listings within stores is important. As is an ability to interpret key category & insights data, to ensure the account is driven in the right direction.
You will need to have strong influencing, negotiating and presentation skills. It is also highly desirable to have experience & knowledge of both branded and private label.
