Are you looking for a Process Technologist in a fast paced environment making complex food products?
- Working as part of a growing team with a huge customer base
- Working with complex, short shelf life products
- Delivering process development and line trials successfully
The Job:
- You’ll be working as a Process Technologist, organising preparing and running factory trials
- Reviewing raw materials as well as nutritional, micro and shelf life submissions
- Providing information to support the creation of customer and factory specifications
The Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Pro-active, high energy and a self starter
- Ideally educated to degree level in food science or related subjects, with relevant qualifications such as Level 3 Food Hygiene
- Experience with short shelf life products in a food manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of legal labelling legislation and various retailer web-based systems
- Implementation of procedures and processes
This role is a 6 month fixed term contract
