The Company:
You will be working for a well-established food manufacturer responsible for producing an incredibly innovative and popular range of products. The site has enjoyed significant investment in equipment recently
The Role:
- Manage all aspects of factory Technical activity
- Provide guidance to all factory personnel to ensure Commercial and Technical objectives are met
- Lead and develop the Quality and Hygiene team
- Lead Customer factory visits and third-party audits
- Cultivate a strong working relationship with the Operation team
- Maintain and develop and already excellent customer relationship
The Ideal Candidate will be:
- A clear and effective communicator
- A confident manager of people
- Able to influence internally to ensure that the Technical agenda is met
- A leader: resilient, strong, results-focussed and responsible
- Someone with a track record of achievement in Technical management
- Someone with a hands-on approach who rolls up their sleeves and engages with colleagues face-to-face
